Acquisition of IIT Group Ltd.

We have successfully acquired the IIT Group Ltd. in the UK. This acquisition marks our rebirth and restart of the company activities in the Consulting services area.

The IIT Group was established in the UK as the service provider for the NHS and other major clients, defining the term rightsourcing. After successful implementation of several projects and establishing on the market with the remote services and starting own remote jobs board company grew in to the consulting and project management side.

With the BREXIT and changes it brought to the commercial sector company decided to accept our offer for full takeover and we have successfully integrated all the resources, process and offerings in to our portfolio.
